To help ensure income eligible seniors have access to fresh produce, Meals on Wheels has partnered with LifeCare Alliance and the USDA to offer the Ohio Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program. This program provides seniors with a choice of receiving boxes of fresh produce for pick up and/or vouchers for use at participating farmer's market vendor booths at the local Farmer's Market events.
Vouchers and produce will be distributed in the parking lot at Saint Mark Catholic Church located at 324 Gay Street, Lancaster on Wednesday, June 28 between the hours of 10:00am and Noon. This will be a drive through service and there will be plenty of space for everyone to enter and exit safely.

Once the application is completed, please return it to Meals on Wheels by June 2, 2023 to to guaranteed you will receive your 2023 Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program benefit.
Your benefit will include your choice on either:
1. Choose a $50 produce box; the box will contain $50 worth of fresh produce.
2. Choose $25 in coupons and a $25 produce box; the box will contain $25 worth of fresh produce.
3. Choose $50 in coupons.
Produce coupons are provided in small increments up to the amount you selected for your benefit.
